Cancellation and Return

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email with the following information to:

1. Order number
2. Name and address
3. Declaration that you wish to withdraw from the contract

We will confirm receipt of your declaration of withdrawal by email.

Returns

Once we receive your cancellation, we will inform you of the return address and instructions. Please do not send the goods to our business address yourself.
Returns are at your own expense, unless the delivered goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, you will receive a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not possible. Please cancel your order and place a new order for the desired product.
