1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers residing in the European Union. Shipping is only available within EU member states. Shipping to Switzerland is excluded.

All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT.

The charge will be made immediately after the order is placed.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is carried out by our partner hertwill.com directly to the address provided by the customer.

Shipping is limited to countries within the European Union.

Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping for orders over €70.

The flat rate shipping cost will be displayed at checkout depending on the country.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints should be sent by email to info@glowery.me.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. We are only liable for minor negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Applicable Law / Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers residing in the EU are subject to the provisions of their country’s consumer protection law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Jaffa GmbH.
